Technical Project Manager – Electrical Propulsion System (EPS) (m/f/d)

Your mission during this flight:

• You will manage the next-generation propulsion system development side by side with the Chief Engineer and the head of department 

• You will manage the overall EPS system development in term of system engineering, timeline, technology and budget

• You will create and maintain transparency in the transversal team for timeline and critical path

• You will ensure synchronization of specific plans (and delays) with relevant interface partners, program management and planners from other departments

• You will track risks, tasks and open issues, develop mitigation actions and assist by removing blockers and escalate according to internal escalation path

• You will support to improve planning methodology and governance

• You will provide transparency for budget status

• You will create reports on demand

• You will create the work breakdown

• You will be responsible for capacity planning

• You will support in managing & coordinating with suppliers (including strategic) according to the teams needs

• You will support to improve planning methodology and governance

• You will solve complex problems

• You will guide other Project Managers and Team Leads

• You will be responsible for budget and time for a dedicated complex project if requested

• You will manage a crossfunctional team inside and outside of the CTO organisation if requested in complex project
