Keel Labs is looking for a talented Social Media Intern to support our Marketing teams social media efforts. In this role, the Social Media Intern will assist in developing engaging content and tracking analytics to measure the success of campaigns. They must have a thorough understanding of the social media landscape and be able to use various platforms to reach our target audience in an effective way. Responsibilities:

  • Create visually appealing content and copy relevant and specific to each digital channel in adherence with Keel Labs’ voice and brand guidelines

  • Work closely with the Marketing team to create a plan for monthly social media strategies 

  • Monitor various social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook 

  • Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability 

  • Interact with followers and potential customers by communicating and answering questions through the use of social media platforms

  • Assist with marketing strategies and initiatives that support the brand objectives, highlight new product launches and raise brand awareness

  • Continually test new content types and channels based on industry trends and channel reporting

  • Daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of the department



Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or recently graduated 

  • Knowledge of social media analytics software to track audience engagement and campaign performance 

  • Experience utilizing Premiere Pro and Illustrator 

  • Self starter with excellent communication skills

  • Interpersonal skills; experience working across different teams to inform and produce content

  • A strong attention to detail in both written and visual contexts

  • Highly creative individual with enthusiasm to conceptualize and implement programs that are disruptive while maintaining brand elevation

  • Ability to engage, connect and build an audience across multiple channels
