This is a SaaS technology platform that aims to revolutionise the operating platforms for energy retailers globally. As part of that commitment, our engineering ownership model is “you build it, you own it.”  Our engineering teams have a high sense of ownership and support their critical services both in and out of normal working hours. After hours support is assigned according to a paid roster. What will I be doing?We very much believe in sharing both responsibilities and the successes in our team, so you’ll be exposed to many aspects of our portfolio of work from the get go.  Our teams build, test, deploy and support a range of services that manage the customer lifecycle and metering data for use across the Kaluza platform, with a diverse set of underlying technologies.  We don’t expect you to arrive with experience of all of them, but you can expect to learn about and get hands-on with typically TypeScript development, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Kubernetes, Serverless, Dynamo or Postgres, AWS and DataDog.  As a team, we currently follow agile approaches to development, making use of tools like Miro, Confluence, Jira and Trello for workshops, documentation, task management, etc. You’ll be involved in the full lifecycle from rapid prototyping to helping us scope our work and backlog refinement to developing, configuring and deploying services, to monitoring and improving our operational health.
