The opportunity

Pollination is looking for a Part-Time Paralegal/Knowledge Administrator to join the Pollination Law team in Melbourne 2 days per week, which can be spread across multiple days.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for current awareness in climate and sustainability risk governance.
  • Assist with drafting newsletter items and summaries of relevant information for internal and external purposes.
  • Maintain and update current awareness news channel (through Microsoft Teams).
  • Perform administrative tasks to support the Knowledge Strategy lead and Pollination Law team.


Qualifications:

  • Currently undertaking a law degree at an Australian university.
  • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and software (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis).
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams.

Working Hours: 2 days a week total (specific days to be determined).
