At Fastmarkets, we are in search of a meticulous Revenue Operations Business Analyst to advance our revenue operations processes to new heights through the strategic application of Salesforce-driven insights. Your mission will be to orchestrate a comprehensive and detailed analysis of the customer journey, delivering data-enriched, streamlined processes within our sales, marketing, and service operations. Through your expertise in Salesforce, you will enable the creation of a unified customer profile, ensuring all touchpoints within the customer lifecycle are optimized for maximum efficiency and satisfaction.

Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, your role is instrumental in defining and mapping our commercial processes, championing a culture of continuous innovation within the Salesforce ecosystem. As a key driver of our business’s growth, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of spearheading critical projects, synthesizing complex data into clear system maps, and fostering an environment where best-practice solutions lead to tangible outcomes. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic SaaS B2B setting, bringing a potent mix of data analytics prowess, adept project management, and the ability to facilitate seamless collaboration across multiple functions.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Perform in-depth analysis of the customer journey within Salesforce, spotting inefficiencies, and opportunities for streamlining in the sales, marketing, and service funnels.
  • Optimize workflows to create a cohesive and comprehensive customer view.
  • Create a data enrichment workflow that automates data augmentation and ensure data governance.
  • Oversee the full mapping of processes in the entire customer journey, from marketing automation to CPQ.
  • Collaborate across functions to not only gather data within Salesforce but also to ensure marketing automation and external systems effectively communicate, forming an unified customer profile.
  • Harness the power of Salesforce reporting and analytics to extract, analyze, and interpret data, transforming it into powerful strategies that drive continuous process improvement and deliver on the promise of a 360-degree customer view.
  • Promote and cultivate a culture of innovation and efficiency, focusing on the Salesforce platform's ability to adapt and evolve, delivering superior customer experiences by streamlining internal processes.
  • Enable a data-driven culture that embraces the capabilities of our commercial systems for maximum impact.
  • Utilize tools to meticulously map and refine the customer journey. Identify critical interactions within our third-party systems to enhance touchpoints and customer satisfaction.
  • Spearhead projects that are central to the Salesforce ecosystem, aligning with company-wide objectives and ensuring timely and successful implementation.
