Einride is looking for a Senior Customer Solutions Manager with relevant experience in data science / analysis, storytelling and customer facing engagement.

The Solution Architecture team is a critical part of the sales process at Einride. You will be responsible for strategic assessments of our customers' transportation fleets during the pre-sales phase, providing insights into their current operations and a plan for the subsequent steps towards electrification and autonomy. You will lead assessments, with support from subject matter experts at Einride, and present a solution and economic proposal to key client stakeholders. You will then work with the sales team to close customer contracts.


What you'll do:

  • Analyze data and turn raw data into insights for customers in autonomous and electric transportation roadmap
  • Generate sales proposals for the customer based on the analysis outcomes
  • Conduct research and technical/business analysis, developing presentation and reports that tell a compelling story 
  • Lead and facilitate customer discussions with executive-level stakeholders in conjunction with the sales rep
  • Be the voice of the Solution Architecture team to the Product org to improve internal and external software products
  • Manage and coach junior team members 
  • Support on other sales, operations, product, or strategic projects

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from a rigorous program in science, technology, engineering, math, business, or equivalent
  • 5-7  years’ experience in analytical and customer-facing work in a transportation and logistics companies, management consulting, high growth startup or big tech firms 
  • Mastery in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Data Studios
  • High-proficiency in Python and/or other data analytics tools is a plus
  • Experience working with transportation solutions, logistics and/or supply chain
  • Independent, hands-on problem solving that takes clear ownership of tasks; proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits; experience leading transformation projects with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams; highly analytical with ability to story-tell through clear and concise communication
