This critical role will oversee the strategic integration, maintenance, and enhancement of key systems including Zoominfo, Marketo, ChurnZero, LinkedIn SN and a host of other sales and marketing platforms (NOT Salesforce itself). You'll ensure these tools are not only operational but also play their part in creating a cohesive 360 customer view and integrate into Salesforce to their maximum potential.

In this capacity, you'll work with cross-functional teams to refine our tech stack strategy, ensuring seamless data flow and robust analytics capabilities. Your role will be instrumental in the adoption and proficient use of our suite of tools.

As a direct report to the Director of Revenue Operations, your work will be central to our go-to-market efficiency and effectiveness, requiring an individual who is not only technically savvy but also strategically minded. With a dotted line to the Head of IT systems delivery you’ll be the conduit between the IT and Commercial teams. The ideal candidate will have a history of managing system integrations and a keen eye for data integrity, along with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues swiftly. Your proactive approach to vendor management, process optimization, and ROI analysis will be crucial in maintaining a tech ecosystem that is both powerful and agile.
