HR is responsible for staffing the frontline with specialists in wide-ranging fields, and making them feel at home in a fast-moving operation. We support our global business in all HR related matters. The HR team are in charge of creating a great employee experience and to provide world-class HR Support. 

As HR Generalist at Einride, you'll be joining a top talent team of ambitious, creative, kind-hearted people who challenge conventional thinking, think big, and aim for zero. We are now seeking a structured, detail- and team-oriented HR professional, who thrives in a complex and dynamic environment where everything is possible. 


What you'll do:

  • Be part of our Global HR Operations team, focusing on tasks related to Global Payroll and HR Administration, while also supporting employees and leaders through our Global People Support.
  • Together with your HR colleagues, manage the entire employee life cycle from an HR operations perspective.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams and key stakeholders within the organization as well as external providers to ensure business needs are met.

What we're looking for:

  • A relevant academic background and demonstrated experience in HR.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience through holding HR-roles within international contexts.
  • Proven experience in broad HR roles, with a focus on HR administrative tasks, HR tech (HRIS), and an interest in Swedish and global payroll processes. 
  • Solid knowledge in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Proactive and adaptable team player who thrives in supporting the business in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and verbal.
