EcoVadis Product and Solutions team, led by our Chief Solutions Officer, is responsible for overseeing the product strategy and prioritization, solution roadmap, and cross-company coordination to drive commercial success of named products and add-ons.

Within the Product and Solutions department, we are seeking for a highly motivated Group Product Manager with a strong business orientation to drive the success of our product Sustainability Ratings - Requesting experience. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that align with our business objectives, and ensuring the success of our products in the market. You will report to the VP of Product Management.

In this role you will:

Product Strategy and Market Analysis

  • Develop product strategy aligned with the overall business goals, ensuring products contribute to revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Lead market analysis, identifying business opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless product launches and ongoing success in the market.

Product Development

  • Define the short-term and medium-term roadmap that translates strategy into action.
  • Be accountable for roadmap completion. Coordinate Design, Engineering, Product Owners, Methodology, Academy and Platform resources to ensure delivery of the Product Roadmap
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to gather insights and drive product improvements.

Field & Customer Engagement

  • In partner with pre-sales team, build a Field Engagement plan to maximize efficiency of our frontline team, coordinate team members contributing to the organizational readiness to market and sell new innovation
  • Coordinate the cross-functional team contributing to the solution, in particular through facilitation of cross-functional meetings such as the Solution Pods
  • Coordinate with leaders in the organization to reach P&L objectives. Address and resolve operational issues with key organizational stakeholders
