Your role

As a Technical Architect / Drawer , you contribute to the success of the company with your technical knowledge and software skills, detailing our construction projects in Revit and providing all the information needed for our team and contractors to build high quality charging stations in The Netherlands. In the coming year, you will become an essential part of the construction pipeline, finding the best construction solutions for each station and ensuring a rapid delivery of projects.

You will be mainly responsible for the technical documentation of new sites, from the permitting phase to the start of construction. Next to that, you will make sure that all our stations fit our most recent design requirements. As a Revit savvy, you will actively contribute to the improvement of our BIM protocol, expanding the expert knowledge in the team.

Your role as Technical Archtect / Drawer is crucial to our multidisciplinary team. In your day to day job, you will spend most of your time with our local Dutch team, consisting of other architects, network developers and construction managers. Besides that, you will also be connected to our architects in Germany, Belgium, United Kingdom, Switzerland and France. Our super nice office is located close to Amstel Station, in Amsterdam. Who we are looking for

We are searching for a Technical Architect / Drawer willing to take responsibility from the permitting to the implementation of our stations in The Netherlands. We are searching for a technical architect willing to take responsibility from permitting to the execution phase of our stations in The Netherlands. As a BIM expert, you are familiar with the importance of construction excellence, and you use your high capabilities in Revit to bring that to life. You are a real team player and you have the ability to think on your own feet - you feel comfortable taking initiative and working independently. You are not afraid to make mistakes and you are always keen to keep on learning. “Think like a founder” is something you identify easily with. Additionally, you tick the following boxes:

• You have 2-5 years of experience in AEC industry, preferably in working on the execution phase of the project;

• You have advanced knowledge and expertise in Autodesk Revit;

• You are proficient in making technical drawings and necessary construction documentation;

• You feel comfortable communicating with design and construction teams to address and resolve construction-related challenges;

• You speak English on a business level, Dutch is also desired;

• You are highly motivated by accelerating the energy transition.
