Your mission
We’re on the lookout for a Recruiter to join the best team at Sensorfact! We’ve been selected by Techleap’s Rise Program as a leader in tackling climate change and just raised EUR 25 million to support our growth. We have a passionate, entrepreneurial and international team and we cannot wait to welcome you!


The challenge

In this role you will mainly contribute to and work on one key strategic objective: the growth of Sensorfact. This year we will hire approximately one-hundred new employees with our current recruitment-team consisting of four recruiters. You can contribute to this team, by improving our recruitment practices, coaching junior recruiters and conducting hands-on recruitment.

You will:

  • Hands-on work on recruitment by;
    • Sourcing candidates;
    • Conducting first-interviews;
    • Guiding candidates through the funnel;
    • Keeping in touch with hiring managers.
  • Proactively take initiatives to improve our recruitment practices;
  • Give solicited and unsolicited advice on topics related to recruitment.
Your profile
  • Business proficiency in English; 
  • 3 years of experience in the recruitment-field;
  • Excellent sourcing and interviewing skills;
  • You love the challenge of a scale-up environment and would like to contribute to scaling our company;
  • You like to work in a team, but you feel comfortable working independently on some tasks and projects;
  • You value drive, intelligence and honesty and you are a coachable team player.
