Your mission
  • Act as business unit Finance leader and Partners with the BU operation leader
  • Is member of the regional finance team, and implement the group and BU strategy
  • Lead BU finance team and assist in implementation information system SAP
  • Prepare and submit monthly and yearly financial statements and communicate with external auditor in auditing report
  • Expert at understanding the operations of the BU and responsible for driving financial analysis and using its insights to contribute to the decision making by the BU operations
  • Contributes to the strategic and tactical decision making from the financial and economic perspective such as contract reviewing and business model optimization
  • Collaborates with other areas of the Finance function to ensure reliable, timely and correct supply of information and the proper set-up and functioning of the BU planning & control-processes, administrative organization, internal controls and information systems and 
  • Familiar with UK Tax regime regulations and conduct tax compliance and planning in terms of PE, transfer pricing and VAT 
Your profile
  • Bachelor/ Master’s degree in economics, finance, accounting, business administration or equivalent, Holder of ACCA/CFA or equivalent certificate
  • 5+ years of experience in multiple finance positions in an industrial/manufacturing environment with multinational corporation
  • Independent, self-starting and interested in what is behind the numbers
  • Highly analytical, with problem-solving and pragmatic skills
  • Change and continuous improvement minded, hands-on with a can-do mentality
  • Able to communicate effectively with group as well as business partners
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Must Fluent in English, both verbal as well as in writing, Mandarin is a plus
  • High proficiency in SAP and other business applications
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • High level of customer orientation, strategic orientation, results orientation, change management, ownership and collaboration
  • Able to build networks within the organization and manage changes
