Haven Energy Overview
Haven is on a mission to bring energy independence to homeowners, starting with the adoption of home battery systems.
Batteries stop power outages, lower electric bills, and give homeowners a way to earn extra income. They also realize the potential of renewable resources – storing extra energy from rooftop solar panels or from utility-scale wind and solar. The more clean energy we store, the less dependent we are on fossil fuels.
As a Haven team member, you'll join one of the first companies to take advantage of this shift in energy, jumping in to make the battery-buying and install experience a snap for homeowners.
Home batteries are about to go mainstream and we want to lead the pack. Join us.
Summary of Role
Haven is looking to hire an Energy Advisor. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to homeowners who want to add battery storage systems to their homes. You will confidently guide customers through solar and battery selection, onboarding, installation, and energy optimization. With every installation, you'll help spur the clean energy transition and show homeowners how they can manage their energy and reduce their impact on the planet.
A great energy advisor leads with honesty and empathy. Our customers are overwhelmed by high electric bills and unreliable power. In your position, you'll know that a battery system can help alleviate these pain points but you'll also understand that it can be a big and intimidating purchase for the customer. You're able to keep this POV at the front of your mind as you help people, listening deeply to their concerns and always communicating the benefits of energy storage in a way that makes sense to them.
