Join our Structures Team based in Bristol as a Senior Stress Engineer (Pylons Team) and help us to achieve our mission of pioneering electric aviation.
What success will look like for you as a Senior Stress Engineer
As a Senior Stress Engineer you will be responsible for technical leadership working to create optimised solutions, lead structural analysis of composite and metallic structures using first principles and finite element modelling techniques. Carrying out tasks that enable certification of structures. You will have previous experience of holding signatory rights. You will be responsible for stress integration as well as stress work; managing suppliers input and supplier deliveries. You will be defining activities required to complete suitable analysis.
What would we like you to bring.
We want you to be successful in your role, to achieve this, you will have a background in Aerospace particularly fixed wing or rotorcraft. You will have gained relevant technical structural rights. You will have a wealth of experience of stress analysis tools in the aerospace industry and also have experience in supplier integration and management.
