Senior Manager Construction Excellence

Your role

The Senior Manager Construction Excellence will be instrumental in driving the quality, efficiency, and standardization of the construction process of our stations across multiple countries. This role will focus on aligning local construction processes, introducing standardized gateways and procedures, sharing best practices and knowledge, and increasing health & safety on site. The Senior Manager Construction Excellence will report directly to the Director Construction Management and will work closely with the local Construction Managers to ensure consistent, high-quality execution processes. Furthermore, this role will ensure effective communication and feedback flow between the Construction Management and Field Operations team. Last but not least, the role will act in close liaison with our Health & Safety managers.

Who we are looking for

You have:

• Master’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Proven track record in construction management
• Strong understanding of construction standards, practices and regulations, preferably across European countries
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• High level of communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel up to three days per week
• Fluency in English and at least one other language
