Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Hindi-speaking Video Editor to join our Plantix App Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and high-quality social media reels that captivate our audience. Since we operate in the agricultural sector, having some background or knowledge in agriculture would be highly beneficial for understanding our product and audience.

If you are passionate about video editing, have a keen eye for detail, and understand the nuances of the Hindi language and culture, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Edit short-form video content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) mostly in Hindi and English, but also in other Indian languages like Marathi and Telugu for example.
• Work closely with our content creators to understand their vision and requirements.

• Ensure the final products are engaging, visually appealing, and aligned with the brand's style and Tone, and delivered in a timely manner

• Communicate with our audience and help respond to our reels in comments and the community section.
• Help our team to transcript videos with timecode.

• Proven work experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
• Fluent in Hindi with a strong understanding of Hindi culture and trends.
• Fluent in English to communicate with our team and all stakeholders.
• Located in Indore to join our Team in the Plantix Office.
• Creative mind and storytelling skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their video requirements.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and motion graphics is a plus( Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc.) .

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 3 Years Experience in creating content specifically for social media.
• If you are familiar with Agriculture and farming in India it’s a plus.
