Do you thrive in collaborative environments and love fostering connections? 4WARD's Community Catalyst will work closely with our City Lead Manager to support and energize our 45 active cities. You'll help track city activities, support city leads, create event plans, and promote growth and engagement within city memberships. Your goal will be to transform attendees into active platform participants and foster city-to-city collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support city leads with planning and execution.
• Track and report city activities.
• Promote growth and engagement in city memberships.
• Facilitate office hours, monthly, and quarterly calls.
