We are seeking a passionate and experienced Learning and Development Trainer to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and capabilities of our sales team and improving business communication across all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales training, business communication and other forms of learning and development programs.



Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and develop training programs focused on sales techniques, sales processes, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems tailored to the needs of our sales team. 

  • Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for sales professionals, including workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions.

  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics to continuously improve training programs.

  • Collaborate with sales managers and leaders to identify training needs and develop targeted learning solutions to address gaps.

  • Develop and deliver business communication training programs covering effective communication skills, presentation skills, negotiation techniques, and interpersonal skills.

  • Facilitate training sessions for all employees on business communication topics to ensure consistent and effective communication across departments.

  • Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new developments in sales training and business communication to incorporate into training programs.

  • Partner with HR and other departments to integrate training initiatives into overall talent development and organizational development strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Any Graduate with minimum 3 years of work experience.

  • Proven experience as a Learning and Development Trainer or similar role, with a focus on sales training and business communication.

  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, sales methodologies, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners.

  • Solid understanding of adult learning principles and training evaluation methods.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

  • Certifications in training and development .
