Description
An Applications Processor at Trinity Solar plays a critical role in facilitating the preparation and submission of permit, utility, and state application packages. This position is also responsible for tracking the progress of all applications, maintaining accurate records, and fostering productive relationships with municipalities and relevant organizations. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, highly organized, dependable, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit permit, utility, and state application packages
Assist in gathering and organizing documentation required for application submissions
Monitor the status of applications and maintain accurate updates within internal databases
Review, distribute, and manage various documents and correspondence
Perform general administrative duties including answering calls, copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, shipping, and filing
Establish and maintain positive working relationships with municipalities and relevant external agencies
May involve travel for permit submission and collection as needed
Qualifications & Experience:
Prior experience in permitting is highly desirable
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Experience in the solar industry is a plus
Minimum of 1 year of office/administrative experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe PDF
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Notary Public certification is a plus, but not required
