Quality Control Lab Technician (m/f/d)

Your mission

• Execution and evaluation of Quality control tests in the area of Li-Ion cell production
• Participation in planning of laboratory/ test processes, test methods 
• Introduction of measurement and test systems for laboratories & off-line quality tests
• Professional Quality measurement documentation
• Management of test equipment: monitoring, maintenance, calibration and release of test and measurement equipment.
• Cross-functional cooperation with production, quality and development. 
• Participation in problem solving and continuous improvement projects
• Support for the organization and operation of quality laboratories

Your profile

• A degree in the natural sciences, completed training as a chemical or physics laboratory technician or practical professional experience as a measurement technician in a QC testing laboratory.
• Professional experience in the field of analytical chemistry, quality control, measurement and testing technology
• Familiar with measurement methods (tactile, non-tactile, chemical, optical) as well as Quality data collection, evaluation, processing and reporting
• Knowledge of automotive core tools (MSA, SPC) is desirable
• Sample preparation techniques are familiar to you as well as the handling of laboratory data systems
• Experience in the field of Li-ion cells is desirable
• Good technological grasp of options for development and interpretation of results
• Ability to deal with high, changing and different requirements
• Strong communication skills, ability to deal with conflicts, openness and interest in making a difference with the team
• Willingness for occasional business trips
• German and English spoken and written
