Your role

Are you an organizational talent with an eye for detail and looking for a job with influence in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and more countries soon?
We are building shops to our fast charging stations and you will be responsible for the quality of this growing Retail network in Europe. This is a new role in which you will have the opportunity to set up the structure and processes yourself.
Imagine negotiating a cleaning contract for our stores in Germany, coordinating the camera security for our stores in France, and collaborating with a colleague to optimize waste flow and green maintenance for both the charging station and the shop. Of course, in addition, you'll also think about how we can easily keep track of the maintenance and repair costs we incur per store. Your goal is ensure that our shops are safe, efficient and meeting the highest standards.

Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in facility management and technical maintenance, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract negotiations, and vendor management.
  • Proficiency in facilities management software.
  • You are fluent in both Dutch & English.
