• You welcome our customers and accompany them to their appointments
• You are responsible for incoming/outgoing mail and all courier deliveries
• You take incoming calls and forward them to the appropriate departments

What you already bring with you

• You enjoy working with people on a daily basis and have a positive demeanor
• You are well versed in the use of common MS Office programs
• You speak German and English at a very good level (C1+)
