Technical Operations Manager (m/w/d) Finance / Photovoltaic

How you drive the energy transition forward

• You monitor the current system operation and ensure a high, compliant system performance and high system availability
• You are the central interface between all parties (operators, technicians, investors and banks) involved in the PV systems
• You handle the processing of inquiries and complaints
• You analyze and evaluate the system performance data and the system status
• Due to your central position, you report to the management with regular reports
• You determine key figures and develop improvement measures
• You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring recurring maintenance, inspections and planned and unplanned maintenance work
• You design and develop internal processes at a high level

What you already bring with you

• You have completed vocational training in an electrical engineering profession or a relevant technical degree
• You already have professional experience from similar positions and ideally have already had contact with photovoltaic systems
• You are enthusiastic about the topic of sustainability
• You find the ideal approach for different stakeholder groups and underline this with your persuasiveness
• You have a very good level of German and English (C1+)
