Advanced Manufacturing Engineer - Dimensional
Role Responsibilities:
路 Manage the Dimensional Engineering deliverables for a portion of the vehicle, including
o Detail project planning and execution
o Engineering Service Supplier performance
o Datum coordination, tooling support locations and assembly sequence development
o Variation analysis review and validation of design concepts
o GD&T specification recommendation to Vehicle Engineers
o Engineering drawing sign-off
路 Support product prototype and implementation activities, including
o Part and assembly dimensional buy-off
o Slow build / Match build planning and execution
o Variation analysis validation
o Installation, tryout, validation and debug of equipment
o Assembly Line dimensional performance confirmation
o Dimensional Objective confirmation
路 Reporting to stakeholders on progress and issues
路 Drive dimensional issue resolution in the Design, Engineering and build phases
