Cross-functional Project Team Lead - Southeast Asia Region (all genders)

Your challenge
Our South-East Asia (SEA) team is leading Hubject’s expansion efforts into the area through various collaborations with automotive OEMs.  
 
We are looking for a proactive and motivated professional, to take over the lead of this team and deliver value to our customers. You will be managing a cross functional team, comprising experts on product and software development, as well as consulting and PMO activities. You will have an active role in expanding Hubject’s geographic footprint and supporting the development of the eMobility industry in the South-East Asian area.   Why Hubject

Your Tasks

• Own and implement the strategy for Hubject’s expansion into the South-East Asian region  
• Leading a cross functional team of around 9 FTE, ensuring high quality deliverables  
• Setting up the right processes and structure for excellent project delivery to our partners  
• Ensuring the right processes are in place for the smooth functioning of the team 
• Revenue responsibility, with an active role in further project acquisition;   
• Representing Hubject in customer meetings, negotiations and industry events in the region 

Your Profile

• eMobility know how and passion – you want to drive the industry forward!  
• Network in the OEM field – experience in working on projects with OEMs 
• Experience in setting up and managing projects, while ensuring high quality standards  
• Excellent networking and stakeholder management skills   
• Experience in managing high performing teams   
• Experience working in the SEA region is a plus 
• Proactive behaviour and spirit of initiative   

Language
English is a must. German is preferred.  Start date
March 2024 Location
Onsite in Berlin
Hybrid system:

• 2 days per week at the office, 3 days remote
