Technical Training Intern - Germany

Your mission

We are looking for you to join our Sungrow team as a new Technical Training Intern!

You will need to work on-site at our office or service center in Munich. 

Well, this role is all about diving into the exciting world of training and development in the PV industry! You will be the driving force behind ensuring our engineers team and clients are empowered. You’ll assist in creating engaging technical training programs, organizing impactful workshops, and providing top-notch support for all our training initiatives!

In a little more detail, this is what you will do in your day to day job

• Assist the team in communicating and guiding the identification of training needs with European customers.
• Organize , track and compile statistics PV training sessions, manage any necessary adjustments.
• Flexibly coordinate resources to ensure timely completion of training sessions.
• Develop preliminary training plans after becoming familiar with the products.
• Effectively communicate with technical support engineers to ensure the quality and relevance of training content.
• Assist the management of Knowledgebase.
• Assisting in developing and updating training-related policies and procedures.
• Assisting in New Training Centre building issues, include devices application, coordinating and other necessary support.

Your profile

Holy moly that sounds exciting, doesn`t it? Now, we want You, to feel challenged, to be confronted with nowadays technical frontiers, myths and wonders. Therefore, your background should be like this:

Studying in electrical engineering or a similar background

Or Studying in higher education business related with technical counterparts.

furthermore,

• Ability to work independently and focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organization skills! 
• Commercial skills, experience in communicating technical product with customers will be a plus.
• Language requirements: English C1 level, German and Chinese would be a plus,
• Quick learner with desire to increase knowledge in the PV products!
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office
