Juganu is seeking an experienced QA Team Lead to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead a cross-functional QA team, collaborating with our Embedded Network, AI, and Application Framework teams to ensure the highest quality standards in our products.

You will take full ownership of the QA lifecycle, from version planning on to writing test plans and to execution, ensuring smooth releases. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a cross-functional QA team of testers
• Collaborate closely with R&D and Product teams to align testing strategies with business goals.
• Define and implement QA processes, selecting the right tools to optimize testing workflows.
• Take full ownership of software testing across wireless networking, video processing, AI analytics, and application frameworks.
• Design and execute manual tests (functional, regression, end-user, and stress tests).
• Research, create test plans, and troubleshoot technical issues during development and post-release.
• Own the release process—from development through deployment, supporting Customer Success with field issues.
• Ensure clear, concise communication of test results, risks, and blockers in sprint planning.

Requirements

• B.Sc./B.A. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a QA Team Lead in a fast-paced environment.
• 5+ years of hands-on software testing experience.
• Experience in networking (debugging, wireless, and network protocols).
• Automation testing experience - An Advantage
• Strong expertise in QA methodologies, testing strategies, and best practices.
• Linux proficiency and hands-on experience with scripting
• Experience testing mobile applications (Android/iOS).
• Familiarity with Cloud databases (i.e GCP BigQuery) for testing data-driven applications.
• Experience with API testing and automation frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and other QA management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and ability to work independently.
