Technical Support 2nd Level (all genders)

Your mission:

• First and second level support for partners and distributors.
• Telephone and written support for commissioning and setting up the monitoring system for photovoltaic systems (by telephone, e-mail or on site in individual cases)
• Telephone and written support for questions regarding the regulation and control of photovoltaic systems
• Answering technical inquiries by e-mail via the ticket system
• Recording unsolvable problems in the bug tracking system
• Carrying out error analyses and developing solutions in collaboration with the development department

Your profile:

• Training or master craftsman / technician degree in the field of energy or communication electronics or engineering studies in the field of electrical engineering / energy technology
• Experience in customer service / support advantageous
• Experience in the field of renewable energies advantageous
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Knowledge of network technology / ModBus advantageous
• Sound IT knowledge
