OUR VISION

When people use our technology to "bridge the gap" between the physical and digital worlds, they don’t just capture reality - they create a new one. In this new reality, they are smarter, more productive, more streamlined, and more creative - because they have the digital foundation to build the world they want to live in.

That’s what NavVis offers in all our products and services: the tools to not just map the world as it is, but to pave the way to a better future. To forge something new. Physical or digital, there is only one reality. And it’s the reality NavVis empowers people to build better.

THE OPPORTUNITY

At NavVis we shape the future of 3D reality capture and visualization.

Are you passionate about driving product enhancements and their successful implementation together with our engineering teams? If you are eager to use your curiosity and technical affinity to understand our customers and create innovative solutions for their needs, you might be the person for this challenge!

Join our Product Reality Capture team. We take care of our laser scanning devices including the system software and user interface, and our post-processing software.

You will work closely with hardware and software engineers, UI/UX designers, program managers, customer-facing teams, Director of Product and CTO to build the next generation of laser scanning devices.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • You will use your curiosity to understand our customers' needs, their workflows, and use cases, as well as the reality capture industry
  • You will identify the most impactful customer problems to solve – for both our 3D Reality Capture and the Digital Factory solution
  • You will translate opportunities into product requirements
  • You will successfully deliver solutions in very close collaboration with our engineers, designers, and program managers in empowered teams
  • You will proactively bring together all stakeholder voices to the table, driving key decisions, and removing roadblocks for the team to deliver
  • You will leverage your analytical and problem-solving skills to measure our products' progress towards NavVis' strategic goals and translate this data into action

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

  • A university degree in engineering (ME, EE, Robotics etc.)
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in product management of complex products
  • Demonstrated experience with hardware and software development processes from prototyping to release
  • Great problem solving and analytical skills
  • A natural curiosity and interest to collaborate with our engineers to understand technical feasibility, dependencies, and opportunities deeply
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to take ownership and drive success
  • Fluency in English (German would be an added benefit)
