Your Role

You will work as part of an expert team of hard- and software developers and system engineers on the test environment and frameworks for our smart battery sensors and battery management systems which are among the world-leading ones regarding safety, features and costs.


Your Responsibilities

  • Design and implement feature additions to our in-house XIL testing framework, our test automation and reporting toolchains.
  • Design, plan and deploy new test environments and upgrades in existing environments.
  • Continuously and proactively improve our testing framework with regard to stability, usability and performance.

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed university degree in an engineering field (software, electronics, mechanical), math or applied physics.
  • Ideally more than 3 years of working experience in developing / testing automotive embedded software/systems.
  • Ideally more than 3 years of working experience with HiL, SiL or similar test systems.
  • Basic understanding of software projects and software architecture.
  • Basic understanding of DevOps tools, frameworks (Jenkins, Docker) and scripting languages (Python or similar).
  • Practical knowledge of automotive communication buses (Ethernet, CAN, LIN, SPI) and protocols/standards (e.g. J19x9, UDS).
  • Highly motivated, willing to take responsibility and ownership of a project with a hands-on approach.
  • Creativity, curiosity and enthusiasm for innovative electronics solutions for electric vehicles.
  • Preference for working in teams and strong communication skills (English).
