TIER Mobility is Europe’s leading shared micro-mobility provider, with a mission to Change Mobility for Good. By providing people with a range of shared, light electric vehicles, from e-scooters to e-bikes and e-mopeds, powered by a proprietary Energy Network, TIER helps cities reduce their dependence on cars. Founded in 2018 by Lawrence Leuschner, Matthias Laug and Julian Blessin.

Recently we have closed a financial transaction to merge with Dott. Together we create the European champion of shared micro-mobility, with revenues of €250m, supporting over 125M trips a year in more than 20 countries. Following this closing, teams across TIER and Dott will be progressively integrated. There has never been a more exciting time to join this ride!

You will be joining the team where the journey starts: The People Operations team is driven by the mission to onboard, serve and support the best talent to change mobility for good. The role and your impact 

  • Preparing personal documentation related to the full employee lifecycle, including, but not limited to: job contracts, civil contracts, annexes, certificates of employment, onboarding documentation, etc.;
  • Onboarding and offboarding processes management;
  • Ensuring that HR/People processes are being compliant and to the agreed standards;
  • Taking care of HR operations and working closely with our stakeholders in/for Poland, including Operational Mangers, People Team Members, vendors, etc.;
  • Collaborating with the internal payroll team and payroll provider ensuring consistent and accurate flow of information;
  • Managing and resolving tasks raised via our People Support Portal, in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Managing and updating our HRIS and other HR systems;
  • Supporting the administration of our regional benefits offering;
  • Coordinating workplace Health & Safety processes with the H&S vendor;
  • Supporting recruitment team if needed;
  • Taking part in internal projects aiming to improve our current processes;
  • Monitoring and implementing any new regulations or processes in order to be compliant with the local labour law.

You'll fit great with this skills and qualifications 

  • 1-3 years of previous experience working in administration support roles, HR roles included;
  • Technically inclined and ability to work with tools (HRIS) & systems (ticketing) / MS Office or G-suite operating knowledge;
  • Being able to and understand working with sensitive & confidential data;
  • Previous contract / data management experience;
  • Previous stakeholder management (internal & external) hands on experience;
  • English and Polish language skills (writing & speaking) are mandatory;
  • Availability to work for 2 days a week in our office in Warsaw.
