Neeeco is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Representative. The primary focus of

this role will be to make outbound calls to customers and potential customers, obtain

required information for approval and schedule them for Mass Save Home Energy

Assessments.

Job Responsibilities:

 Make outbound calls to customer and confirm their interest and eligibility for the

Mass Save Program

 Input customer’s information into company CRM

 Answer inbound calls and assist customers

 Other impromptu projects as needed by management

 Manage calendars of Neeeco field personnel

Requirements:

 Positive attitude, resilient, outgoing, comfortable talking to people on the phone

 Strong people and customer service skills with excellent verbal communication

skills

 Organized, detail oriented with the ability to work independently

 1-2 years of customer service experience

 Proficiency with computers and office programs

 Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Preferred:

 Prior experience under the Mass Save Home Energy Services Program

 Experience in customer service and sales

 Fluent in additional languages is a plus

Compensation:

 Hourly pay of $18-$20 depending on previous experience plus bonus structure

Position is five days a week with rotating Saturdays.
