We’re looking for a Temperature Control (Chiller) Product Manager based in Europe. This role will include extensive travel across European locations. This role plays a pivotal role in achieving the utilisation and capital productivity of our Temperature products within the European business, supporting budget and growth plan targets. This position ensures sales and operational readiness through strategic action plans, actively engages in opportunity development, and provides expertise for commercial opportunities

What you’ll do:

  • Increase Revenue: Boost revenue for the nominated product line by enhancing utilisation and capital productivity in line with budget targets. Ensure new products meet expected revenue and growth projections.
  • Support/Drive Sales & Growth Initiatives: Facilitate growth in new markets and increase market share in mature markets. Implement best practices for growth and build team confidence. Actively engage in the sales opportunity pipeline and contribute expertise to significant or strategic commercial opportunities.
  • Develop and Educate on Product Applications: Validate, educate, and explain how our products drive maximum revenue and business in specific applications. Identify and avoid low-return areas. Collaborate with internal teams to support application development and execution, including customer-facing development of ideas.
  • Increase Customer Satisfaction: Review customer feedback, operational challenges, and product reliability to ensure product and solution longevity.
  • Solve Business Challenges: Identify and eliminate barriers to product revenue, addressing both operational and sales readiness. Ensure product compliance and collaborate with internal teams to drive product revenue and influence new product development and business change processes. Engage in QHSE activities to identify gaps or regulations that may impact business operations.

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

  • Product Management Expertise: Bring your proven experience in product management, adeptly handling both commercial and operational aspects, and showcase a stellar track record of maintaining products throughout their life cycle.
  • Technical Proficiency and Specialisation: Utilise your strong technical background to grasp complex product specifications and features. Shine with your expertise in Steam Generation and Temperature Control (Chiller/HVAC).
  • Industry Insight: Leverage your deep understanding of the industry, market trends, and competitive landscape. Stay ahead with a focus on technological advancements and innovation, anticipating future needs to strategically influence outcomes.
  • Project Leadership and Coordination: Exhibit your robust project management skills, demonstrating a history of leading cross-functional teams and overseeing projects from inception to completion.
  • Strategic Vision and Commercial Acumen: Apply your strategic thinking to align product applications with overarching business goals and objectives. Display strong commercial acumen with a resolute results-focused approach.
  • Leadership, Effective Communication, and Problem Solving: Show exceptional leadership and collaboration skills, inspiring cross-functional teams throughout the product life cycle. Communicate complex technical information with clarity and conciseness. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, championing continuous improvement initiatives.
