Job Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Head specializing in Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) solutions to lead our sales department. This role demands exceptional negotiation skills, the ability to create and nurture new customer relationships, strong techno-commercial knowledge, and proven success in team management.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in the UPS segment across India.
  • Identify and target key market segments, developing tailored sales approaches to meet the unique needs and demands of each segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and industry influencers to expand the customer base and drive business growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the achievement of individual and team sales targets.
  • Oversee the preparation of techno-commercial offers, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with customer requirements.
  • Conduct high-level negotiations with customers, channel partners, and suppliers to secure favourable terms and close significant sales deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats, providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasts, budgets, and reports, presenting regular updates and progress to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, promoting the company's UPS solutions and strengthening its market presence.

Experience: 12 to 15 years of experience in UPS or other relevant product sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and market share.

  • Strong techno-commercial knowledge with the ability to understand and communicate technical product features and benefits.
  • Proven experience in team management and leadership, with a focus on coaching and developing sales professionals.
