Job Description:

Your responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for leading and overseeing the implementation of the methodologies of the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) framework across the units within their area of responsibility.
• You will be partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality, purchasing) to develop and implement comprehensive APQP plans for assigned units or products.
• You will provide technical support and guidance to internal teams on APQP essentials to ensure successful deployment, monitor quality metrics, conduct audits, and lead initiatives to enhance overall quality performance within their area of responsibility.
• You will be coordinating with R&D, Design, Engineering, & Technology Lead Centers (TLCs) to develop standard best practice common Design FMEAs for GPGs / product lines.
• You will support factory APQP4 Wind / APQP bid tender submission process and customer team implementation and kick-offs to secure approved or qualified vendor status.
• You will apply standard deployment process and model to implement APQP4 Wind / APQP Processes and APQP, PPAP, PSW QMS integration.
• You will maintain APQP4 Wind / APQP / monthly quality metrics analysis and reporting: Monitor trends, analyze statistics, clarify factory questions, identify possibilities expedite completions.

Your background:

• You hold an Engineering degree.
• Required about 5 years' work experience.
• Experienced in APQP and APQP4Wind Framework along with experience of Quality Management Systems.
• Knowledge in performance management and Analytics, L6s - green belt (prefer).
• Experience in leading / coaching of multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in English language.
