Mission statement:

At present, the Hitachi Energy Hefei Transformer is organized into DTR and I&C product groups which mainly produce distribution transformers and tap-changers, transformer bushings (RIP, OIP). Product Group Insulation & Components is also manufacture, supply, research and development center of transformer components in China and Asia-Pacific region.  Advanced technology, excellent equipment, perfect management and outstanding employees constitute the solid foundation to provide high quality products and service for power systems.

Your responsibilities:

• You will be part of parts qualification (PPAP) and supplier quality management (On-Site for new suppliers), supplier assessment (audit for existing suppliers as required), contractor qualification.
• You will be supplier development (Mainly Supplier Sustainability Development Program).
• You will be supplier performance improvement and monitoring, complex NCR resolution.
• You will follow up supplier related COPQ and claim status, involved in escalated claim support.
• Draft quality control plan according to criteria and requirements and monitor the execution at supplier side.
• You will be driving continuous improvement project or Kaizen.

Your background:

• You hold a Technical University bachelor's degree at least.
• Required 3+ years of quality management experience in production company.
• Knowledge in modern quality management methods and techniques.
• Ability to read technical documentation.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills; Familiar with DMAIC, A3 ,8D, FEMA methodology.
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP systems.
• Team player attitude, client orientation and passion for detail.
• Must have experience of industrial area, knowledge of machining, casting, painting, transformer experience as a plus.
• ISO 9001 internal auditor, ISO 16949 Internal Auditor as a plus.
• Proficiency in good commanding of English.
