We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Principal Consultant specializing in Sustainable Operations to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of EHS management systems, water and waste management, and possess strong data and digital capabilities to develop and implement sustainable strategies for our clients.

EHS Management Systems:

  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) management systems for clients across various industries.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement in EHS practices and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients in the integration of EHS management into their overall business operations.

Water and Waste Management:

  • Design and implement sustainable water and waste management solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.
  • Conduct water and waste audits to identify opportunities for resource optimization and efficiency improvements.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement water and waste reduction initiatives, minimizing environmental impact and promoting circular economy principles.

Sales Development:

  • Support the development and execution of sales plans, driving revenue growth and achieving business targets.
  • Support in nurturing relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Support maintaining robust sales pipeline, actively pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Support and lead new Go-To-Market plans for Sustainable Operations team covering decarbonization, circular economy, monitoring, reporting and verification service

Strategic Partnerships:

  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key players in the sustainability ecosystem, focused on new Go-To-Market plans
  • Collaborate with existing and new partners to create joint offerings and expand the reach of sustainable operations in Asia
  • Leverage partnerships to enhance the ERM's brand positioning on Sustainable Operations

Data Capabilities:

  • Utilize advanced data analytics tools and techniques to gather, analyze, and interpret sustainability-related data.
  • Develop data-driven insights to support clients in making informed decisions regarding sustainable operations.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in data analytics and integrate innovative solutions into sustainability strategies.
