(Senior) Consultant - Offshore Wind

ERM provides the entire range of bid support services to developers to prepare their bids for offshore wind tenders. Starting from pre-auction positioning strategy and bid strategy development, all the way to the development of proof points and bid writing. This work combines the deep offshore wind strategy experience, with deep subject matter expertise across the full range of non-price criteria: consenting, marine ecology, system integration, circularity, international responsible business conduct, security, etc. The successful candidate will be required to provide input to a range of offshore wind bid support services projects in different geographies, but with a specific focus on the offshore wind, floating wind and techno-economic analyses of offshore wind projects.

About the Role

As a (Senior) Consultant focusing on Offshore Wind you will provide offshore wind techno-economic support to our existing and future client base. This role represents an exciting opportunity to manage high-profile offshore wind projects. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering bid support services in different regions (Europe, Asia, Australia) to top international developers.

About You

• You are a real team player, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.

• You hold a minimum of an MSc in a relevant technical or economical subject.

• You have more than two years of experience in offshore wind energy projects.

• You possess a good understanding of offshore wind developments in the Netherlands.
