• Prompt attention to speedy service and communication.
• Open and coordinate Projects “SEMI/Field/ALI” using a web-based project management system (from the start to driving the project to completion/billing). 
• Maintain and reconcile project Excel Tracker/Workflow.
• Intercompany and Subcontract project coordination (including PO issuance and invoice reconciliation). 
• Reach out to the client to schedule onsite evaluation/inspection and communicating to all stakeholders Confirmation of Scheduling. Obtain access for engineers to restricted sites.
• Organize and lead project kick off calls, including taking meeting notes and dispersing to all attendees.
• Maintain Label Database – ordering and distributing labels; and maintaining Label Tracker Database of movement of Labels.
• Assist Sales Team with Project Change Authorization for any project requiring a revisit or modified scope.
