- To serve new and existing clients that been assigned in their needs in rubber testing.
- Interact with customer to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about rubber lab testing and monitoring services.
- Assist Business Unit Manager in maintaining and expanding company relationship with customer.
- Issue quotation and process customer orders in timely manner.
- Interface effectively with laboratory and operation department to ensure that work order completed in time or delivery as scheduled.
- Any other duties assigned by Supervisor.
