Position Title : (Food) Auditor (食品) 审核员

Report to :       BU Manager 认证经理

 

Work Content：

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1) Conduct quality control and robust audit to production site according to customer’s audit criteria or certification reference standards, write related audit reported and submit them to the company in timely.

2)Organize or participate in the organization of the audit.

3)Ensure timely production of good quality reports(including expenses claims)directly after the audit close-out,or within the designated time-frame(for referential demanding).

4)Ensure the follow-up of the certification.

5)Contribute to the sharing of knowledge with a team of technical managers reporting to this position, coordinate existing account audit programs across our geographies to ensure proper performance of our service delivery, maintaining operational KPIs,and making sure client requirements are adhered to.

6)Support local offices in training and qualifying local customer service.

7)Develop relevant SOP for global customer on boarding and roll out, train localoffices accordingly;
8)Support sales monthly review meeting and client review meeting.

9)Inform and Escalate customer issues to relevant parties and management to anticipate any conflict or crisis with customers.

10) Help to communication and assistance on schedule.

1)根据客户要求对生产现场进行质量控制和稳健审核。审核标准或认证参考标准，撰写相关审核报告并及时提交公司。

2)组织或参与审核工作。

3)确保在审核结束后，或在指定时间内（供参考要求）及时制作质量报告（包括费用报销）。

4)确保认证的跟踪。

5)与该职位的技术经理团队分享知识，协调现有的客户审计项目，以确保我们的服务提供的适当表现，维护运营KPI，并确保客户的要求得到遵守。

6)支持当地办事处培训和认证本地客户服务。

7)为全球客户定制相应的入厂和推出SOP，并对当地办事处进行相应培训。

8)支持销售月度回顾会议和客户回顾会议。

9)将客户问题通知相关方和管理层，以预见与客户的任何冲突或危机。

10)帮助按计划进行沟通和协助。

 

Business Development Support and Special Projects :

1)Articulate QA, Technical, Report Quality KPI, and compliance outputs in a way that can be communicated to clients in a positive way to change perception so they feel confident have trust in Eurofins Food Assurance

2)Attend client meetings to provide technical support to business development teams

3)And other ad hoc projects to support the new products, organizational and business developments.

Qualifications资质

 

Basic Minimum Qualifications (BMQ):

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Education/Experience (BMQ):

  1. Bachelor’s in food science or relevant subjects;
  2. Must have in depth understanding of product control safety and quality;
  3. Minimum of 5 years with food safety managerial experience within a quality control, quality assurance in manufacturing, retail or quality service provider;
  4. Experience in team building and integration of Quality team.
  5. Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively with his/her technical, customer service team and with all other Operational Directors and Managers.
  6. Experience in creating, implementing, maintaining, evaluating, enforcing and updating a Quality Control / Quality Assurance SOP’s programs. 
  7. CCAA (ISO9001, ISO22000, HACCP) and GFSI (BRCGS, GGAP, IFS, FSSC22000) qualifications are preferred.

  7. 具有CCAA（ISO9001, ISO22000, HACCP） and GFSI（BRCGS, GGAP, IFS, FSSC22000）资质优先。

 

Additional Information

Must be able to travel to accomplish the duties of the position including cross regions, overnight say required, likely international travel. Travel is approximately less than 50% annually.
