Our product is a software tool that empowers companies along their whole climate journey to decarbonise.

Aufgaben

We are looking for a working student who is passionate about sustainability and sales.

You see yourself more as a generalist focused on delivering outcomes and you can use and try various methods to achieve these. You strive in an environment with limited resources, but lots of freedom and room for ideas.

We value experience and a cultural fit over degrees.

You will...

• Learn how a startup operates from the inside.
• Be involved in current topics around Net-Zero and sustainability.
• Do research for our sales team --> which means looking for companies and sustainability managers that fit our ideal customer profile.
• Prepare sales campaigns (email and LinkedIn).
• Learn from one of our Co-Founders to work with large amount of data in an efficient way with tools like Apollo.
• Bring in your creative ideas.

Qualifikation

You could be a good fit for us if:

• MUST: You are fluent in German (C2) as we communicate mainly in German with our clients.
• PLUS: You have experience in some of these areas: sales, events or hospitality.
• PLUS: Business background.
• You have the desire to change the status quo and accompany companies in taking their first new steps.
• You like to work in a self-organised manner and are motivated.
• You have a hands-on mindset.
• You contribute your ideas and make suggestions independently.
• You are passionate about the fight against climate change.
• PLUS: You are located in Berlin.
