Daily technical support to customers and the JA sales team.
Technical support to the customers in terms of PV Plant design using JA Solar products. Use of the latest versions of PV design tools to simulate yield and help the customers to understand the benefits of using JA Solar products, aiming for the lowest LCOE of each project.
Certifications of JA Solar’s products in the concerned European markets, including the full understanding of relevant calculations and methods.
On-site & on-line customer and sales team trainings about PV technology and JA Solar’s products, incl. PV system simulations.
Represent JA Solar on public product & technology presentations such as webinars, speeches on forums and trade shows etc.
Constantly check with the customers on future product & technology trends and demand and provide feedback accordingly.
Collaborate with component manufacturers to check the compatibility of JA’s modules with other system components.
Overview on competitors’ products and product roadmaps – advantages and weaknesses compared to JA’s.
Your profile
Degree in Engineering or Physics
More than 5 years of work experience in the PV industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong technical attitude with the ability to understand customer’s needs.
Fluency in English and German, a third European language or Chinese is a plus.
