Your mission

We are seeking a motivated and driven Working Student - Inside Sales to join our fast-growing Commercial team from October 2024 for 6 to 12 months in Hamburg. 

  • Active support for Sales Team to help coordinate the sales activities, support the creation on sales decks, sales material and  sales order processing

  • Assist in training new sales representatives on product knowledge, sales processes, and customer service skills

  • Help monitor the performance of sales activities and the productivity of sales reps

  • Actively manage any in-bound customer inquiries on product and orders 

  • Collect data and assist in analyzing sales statistics to identify areas of improvement

  • Support on reports on team performance, sales results, and other critical metrics for senior management

  • Document all sales activities and keep comprehensive records of sales and customer interactions and projects for across channels and regions 

  • Support on CRM and tools and hygiene 

Your profile

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in a related field such as business, marketing, or life sciences

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required

  • Previous internship experience in sales and marketing within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry is preferred

  • Great communication skills in English and German.
