What you will do

As a Product Quality Analyst, you will ensure that our e^pack and e^pumps operate flawlessly, delivering performance that matches our innovative design and engineering. Your role is crucial in analysing field data to identify and prioritise issues, enhancing the reliability and customer satisfaction of across our products. You will:

  • Analyze Field Data: Identify patterns and impacts of product issues. Utilise advanced analytical tools to provide actionable insights into product performance.
  • Bug Prioritisation: Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritise fixes based on severity and impact, ensuring the most critical issues are swiftly addressed to enhance product reliability.
  • Operational Efficiency: Optimise the turnaround times of our service and operational teams through data-driven analysis, improving overall service response and efficiency.
  • Process Evolution: Continuously refine and evolve data workflows to boost efficiency and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the way hardware products have been designed and evolve product metrics around it. 
  • Develop and refine data analytics frameworks to monitor and improve the performance of our hardware solutions.
  • Work closely with operational teams to implement process improvements and ensure seamless integration of technology and process.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for all stakeholders, providing clear and concise insights into current trends and improvement strategies.

The ideal candidate requires:

  • 2+ years of Previous experience in hardware development, especially having worked on requirements engineering is a plus. Should be able to understand and relate to the hardware development cycle. 
  • Experience in data analysis or quality control within a hardware-centric environment. Ability to convert large amounts of data into a more meaningful and ingestible format. 
  • Previous experience with SQL
  • Proficiency in data analysis software and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Should be able to communicate information in a clear and concise format.
