JOB TITLE: Custodian

AUTHORITY & SUPERVISION:

• Reports directly to the Senior Director of Operations 
• Shift Schedule  
  • Wednesday-Sunday  
  • 7:00AM-3:30PM 

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Clean and maintain designated spaces both inside and outside of the facility on a daily basis, which includes the dispensary, restrooms, corporate offices, conference rooms, parking lot and public areas.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, polish, shampoo carpets, wash windows and empty trash on a daily basis.
• Report maintenance issues as soon as they come to your attention
• Maintain and stock supply rooms and bathrooms as needed.
• Complete minor building repairs.
• Check for potential safety issues in all public areas on a daily basis and bring them to the attention of the Facilities Manager.
• Work with the team when necessary to remove debris, leaves, snow and other obstructions from parking lot areas.
• Clean all dispensary related areas prior to store openings
• Other duties and special projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be proactive, have strong work ethic and pay great attention to detail
• Organizational and time management skills required
• A passion for the industry and Solar Therapeutics’ mission
• Initiative to take on tasks without being told and without being monitored

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must be able to pass all required background checks.
• Ability to work days, nights, holidays and weekends.
• Must be and remain compliant with all legal and company regulations for working in the industry.

• This job function may include being in a stationary position, or moving for extended periods of time.
