We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated, and competitive Sales Enablement Specialist to secure growth in the global EV charging market. The role can be placed in our offices in Helsinki or Stockholm. Flexible remote work is a standard at Virta. 

The Sales Enablement Specialist is responsible for training and empowering the global sales teams and working closely with Sales, Sales Operations, and Marketing to ensure strategic alignment across all three functions. The successful candidate will be a highly organized sales professional who has experience defining and running similar initiatives. This role is a replacement for an internal move. Many Sales Enablement processes are already set-up and running, but a successful candidate can shape this function as they like.

Responsibilities: 

  • Planning, coordination, and deployment of the sales training programs. 
  • Ownership and design of the new sales talent onboarding cadence.
  • Sharing information about the key techniques, practices, and tools that can support the work of the sales team. 
  • Supporting product and service launches by helping the sales team to understand the company’s solutions and how to sell them. 
  • Monitoring and analysing the usage of sales enablement content and courseware.
  • Ownership of sales content in the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring all content is up-to-date and user friendly
  • Developing and managing sales enablement projects and activities. 
  • Providing the necessary support to sales teams throughout the sales process. 
  • Developing and improving the sales process based on data-driven insights.
  • Providing general support to the Sales Operations team, helping with sales processes and management of sales tools.
     

Requirements:  

  • Bachelor's degree or higher required. A minor or advanced degree in international business, industrial management or adult education is preferred, but more weight is given to the history of impacting and driving business outcomes. 
  • Experience in building learning materials and training programs, especially with training and coaching sales teams or other customer-facing teams. 
  • Relevant experience in delivering business outcomes (increased velocity, increased win rates, decreased rep ramp-up time, improving sales force performance). 
  • Familiarity with sales enablement and/or sales training. 
  • Superior organizational, conflict resolution, time management, negotiation, and project management skills.  
  • Knowledge of sales enablement technologies, methodologies, process, and buyer's journey alignment. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. 
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and cross-cultural skills. 

We consider it a plus if you have:   

  • Experience in selling B2B solutions or managing B2B sales teams
  • Professional level language skills in German, French, Finnish or Swedish
  • Familiarity with the MEDDICC sales methodology
