We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager with a track record in driving strategic initiatives in technology and context. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of B2B SaaS solutions, market trends, and customer needs. You will have a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive product marketing strategies to elevate our brand, drive demand, and increase market share.
You will report to the Director, Go-to-Market, and collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams.
The preferred location for the role is Finland with a possibility to work in one of our locations in Germany.
What you’ll do
Product Positioning and Value Proposition Design:
- Develop compelling and differentiated product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging across all customer touchpoints.
- Analyze market & customer behaviors, preferences, and pain points to inform product positioning and messaging.
Go-to-Market Strategy & Product Communication:
- Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring successful market entry and rapid adoption.
- Lead product communication for B2B together with the help Product Marketing Specialist
- Work closely with Sales and Channel teams to align product marketing efforts with revenue goals.
Oversee Collateral, Content Creation and Localisation:
- Oversee the development of product marketing collateral, sales tools, and digital content that effectively communicates product value propositions
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, to produce high-quality materials.
- Manage coordination of cross-company product marketing localisation.
What you’ll bring
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product marketing within electric vehicle, clean energy, or other technology industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for innovative products.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and other marketing technologies.
