Gamma Energy has been established in the UK for 10 years and belongs to the Diggia Group. We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Control Manager to join our team as we grow our UK business. Area/Department description
Diggia are an international engineering group who provide a suite of services over a range of renewable energy assets; in particular electric vehicle charging infrastructure, ground mounted and rooftop commercial scale and utility scale solar PV, energy efficiency improvements and battery technology.

  • Inspecting completed works and works in progress to determine whether they meet the project specifications and requirements.
  • Monitoring overall construction performance with regard to technical quality and compliance with design and specification requirements.
  • Reporting without delay on work that does not meet the design and specification requirements.
  • Working with stakeholders to identify approaches and methods to improve overall quality.
  • Ensuring that all colleagues and collaborators that are involved in the project are aware and educated on the required standards.
  • Liaising with clients and reporting on progress to key stakeholders and colleagues involved in the project.
  • Working onsite in Cambridge on a full time basis (5 days per week).
Your profile
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification in a field related to business and quality control.
  • Extensive experience working within quality management in the UK construction sector, particularly with solar PV and BESS projects.
  • Good initiative and logical thinking skills
  • Ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Effective communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Highly organised and able to work autonomously.
