Job description 

Align project objectives with company strategy, and make sure project team is

clear on objectives but also deliver and implement application solutions for the DACH region.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and continues improvements
• Obtain buy in and manage stakeholder expectations
• Manage stakeholder expectations and requirements in a cooperative manner
• Ensure effective communication within the project team and between the project manager, team members, and all relevant stakeholders.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Ensure resources availability and allocation
• Coordinate between corporate IT and local business 

Requirements

• Senior experience in project management with solid track record of complex IT project delivery in international and decentralized organizations – Familiar with project methodologies like Prince 2 or PMI
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
• Experience in Operations, manufacturing or Supply Chain or Finance systems or Marketing systems
• Knowledge in ERP and of related software tools (e.g. MES, WMS, SAP or MS Dynamics AX,..)
• Fluent in German – good knowledge of English & Polish

This role begins with a three-month trial period, upon successful completion, you'll move on to a one-year contract, with the potential for an indefinite contract thereafter. We understand the importance of flexibility in today's world, so we're also open to a hybrid working model. You'll have the freedom to work partially from home and partially from our office.
